>> Mayor Vince Gray introduced a new economic development plan yesterday that he said would lead to the creation of 100,000 jobs and $1 billion in District revenue over five years. The plan would include turning the McMillan Reservoir into a medical campus and an increase in foreign investment and tourism, the Post reports.
