The menu includes Redstone Meadery paired with Nectar of the Hops, crispy parmesan chicken paired with Millstone Blossom Cider, baby greens with strawberries paired with Dogfish Head Tweason’ale, gluten free pizza 1 (red pepper sauce, eggplant, olives, fennel, pine nuts) paired with Green’s Endeavor Dubbel, gluten free pizza 2 (spicy tomato sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion) paired with Omission Pale Ale, and finally, grilled pineapple and banana paired with Brunehaut Blond. 6:30-9:30 p.m. $65 (includes tax and tip).
