A global art project is asking people who support immigration reform to lend their face to the cause.

Inside Out’s 11 Million project will assemble black-and-white photos of people from all backgrounds into installations around D.C. “to create a portrait of America that includes immigrants and the descendants of immigrants.” You can add your face by stopping by one of the group’s downtown events this week and having your soul picture taken in their photo booth.

“While the immigration policy debate continues in Congress, it is time now to better capture the imagination of the general public about the portraits of those behind immigration reform—11 million lives representing untapped potential,” an event description states.

Today’s event runs until 8 p.m. at the Children’s Defense Fund Building (25 E Street NW). Tuesday’s event will run from noon to 2 p.m. at the Capitol Reflecting Pool and Wednesday’s will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the U.S. Department of Education (400 Maryland Avenue SW). The project will then move on to other U.S. cities that have yet to be named.
