The Rock and Roll Hotel is celebrating its seventh anniversary this year, which the H Street NE venue will mark with four special shows this August.
Perhaps the most well-known anniversary performer is Laura Jane Grace, the transgender lead singer of Against Me!, who will perform on Aug. 14. Keeping it local, D.C.-born synth-pop trio Miyazaki are scheduled for Aug. 16, with Washington-based solo project Black Hills opening. John Stabb of Government Issue will perform some of the D.C. hardcore band’s songs and tell stories on Saturday as an opener for punk singer-songwriter Kevin Seconds. See the full lineup below.
