Before Ron Burgundy and the Channel 4 Evening News Team take over in December, it looks like another bastion of “journalism” will make its Newseum debut: The Today show.
As the long-running morning talk show is set to undergo a facelift, WTOP and The Huffington Post report that pieces from the show’s old set are currently on their way to a new permanent home at 555 Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Today confirmed the news in a tweet.

The Today show didn’t specify which pieces of the set would be sent to the museum, so we can only speculate that Matt Lauer will be included, trapped in a glass case of emotion for all to see until the end of time.
