Yep, it’s that time of year again. The time in which dudes everywhere let their ‘staches grow in the name of irony charity. And, like they have in years past, the Washington Capitals will be participating.

Movember—an annual charity event that challenges men to grow their mustaches during the month of November to raise awareness and money for various health issues, like prostate and testicular cancer—first started in 2003. Since that time, more than three million participants have raised more than $446 million for the cause, according to a press release.

This year’s Caps players who are participating include:

  • Karl Alzner
  • Troy Brouwer
  • John Carlson
  • Jason Chimera
  • Martin Erat
  • John Erskine
  • Mike Green
  • Braden Holtby
  • Michael Latta
  • Michal Neuvirth
  • Steve Oleksy
  • Nate Schmidt
  • Alexander Urbom
  • Aaron Volpatti
  • Tom Wilson
  • Alex Ovechkin

Yes, you may notice Ovechkin in there, who is officially participating in Movember for the first time, according to Capitals Outsider. You can check out their Movember page here. Start growin’, dudes.
