Starting tonight through New Year’s Day, the Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP) SoberRide initiative will provide free taxi rides up to $30 to anyone over 21 in the area from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. Call 800-200-8294 to get a taxi.
