A person was struck by a Metro train at Dupont Circle, leading to the temporary closure of the station and single-tracking of trains between the Farragut North and Van Ness stations.
Normal, two track service was restored by 8:40 p.m. Metro Transit Police say an adult male was transported to a hospital.
Two Red Line shuttle buses in service Woodley Park-Farragut North, additional buses en route. Use regular Metrobus service too. 7:56p #wmata
