A Gaithersburg, Md. man was arrested yesterday for allegedly shooting a victim and hitting him with a vehicle.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1000 block of 20th Street NW, near Farragut Square, on Sunday: “Upon arrival, they located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound and other injuries that were sustained when he was struck by the suspects’ vehicle. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel transported the victim to a local hospital.”

Jonathan Blades, 29, was arrested and charged with Assault with Intent to Kill. The condition of the victim was not provided.
