Hill Country Barbecue will once again pop up outside the National Building Museum this summer.

From May 1 through Labor Day, the Penn Quarter eatery’s Texas-style barbecue, as well as Shiner beers, will be sold on the museum’s west lawn. Hill Country’s Backyard Barbecue, which will also feature live music, will be open Thursday through Saturday from 4 to 9 p.m. A menu hasn’t been released yet, but last year’s featured a BBQ beef sandwich, skillet cornbread and cocktails.
