While an architecture team has been selected to renovate the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library, there is still a need for community input.

The D.C. Public Library will hold a meeting tomorrow at the downtown library so residents can “share their ideas for what services, spaces and technology they want to see” in the space. Representatives from the winning team, Martinez + Johnson and Mecanoo, will be present.

For people who can’t attend the meeting, there’s a website where they can submit their ideas. Popular topics include adding a cafe, a stricter cellphone policy and adding an auditorium. DCPL also recently launched a blog to track the renovation progress.

Tomorrow’s meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.
