BIKE PARTY: DC Bike Party is turning 2 and wants you to BYOB — that is, Bring Your Own Balloons (to attach to your bicycle). Red, white, and blue balloons are suggested, because “USA, USA, USA!” The ride will end at Bardo (200 Bladensburg Road NE), where there will be a performance by The Originators. COMEDY: It’s Wednesday, which means Handsome Comedy at The Handsome Cock. Comedians from D.C. will test out new material while you drink $2 Miller Lites or a Miller Lite combined with a shot for $5. You do not have to be handsome to attend. The Handsome Cock (1334 U Street NW) 8 p.m. Free
