Heads up, night commuters of D.C.: the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge, more commonly known as the South Capitol Street Bridge, will be closed tonight.

According to AP, the bridge, which connects I-295 with Suitland Parkway, will be closed tonight from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. tuesday “in order to allow water traffic to pass.” The bridge, which passes over the Anacostia river, will be reopened after the traffic passes.
