Mondays suck, but today is National Coffee Day, which means it sucks a little less. But wait! It gets even less sucky! There’s a bunch of places in the D.C. area where you can get free coffee:

Peet’s Coffee and Tea

Peet’s is offering a buy one, get one free deal for coffee in honor of National Coffee Day. Additionally, you can win a year of free coffee if you tweet at them using the hashtag #GFC. Also, for some reason, they challenged Jimmy Kimmel, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Queen Latifah, Elon Musk, and Jonah Hill to take a selfie with Peet’s coffee at some point today. If they do, they’ll unlock a day of free coffee at Peet’s locations nationwide at some point in the future. Alright.

Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin’ Donuts is offering a free medium cup of their Hot Dark Roast Coffee.

Krispy Kreme

Participating Krispy Kreme locations are giving away one free 12-ounce cup of coffee, or pay $1 for a 12-ounce mocha, latte, or iced coffee.

Krispy Kreme has locations at 1350 Connecticut Avenue NW, 6332 Richmond Highway in Alexandria, Va., and 14919 Shady Grove Road in Rockville, Md.

McDonald’s

Today is the last day you can get a free small McCafe coffee.
