The National Weather Service has placed D.C. under a tornado warning until 1 p.m. today.

Locations impacted, according to NWS, include Crystal City, the Capitol, Nationals Park, Anacostia, downtown, Howard University and RFK stadium. The city is also under a flood watch until 8 p.m.
