A dumptruck has rear-ended a Metrobus on the C8 in Silver Spring, Md., sending multiple people to the hospital.

A spokesperson with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority says that the incident occurred at approximately 1:47 p.m. near the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and Tracy Drive. Ten people, including the driver of the Metrobus, were sent to the hospital.

The condition of all the passengers sent to the hospital is not known at this time, but none of them suffered life-threatening injuries.
