Update: In an apparently unrelated incident, Green and Yellow line service is now suspended between Prince George’s Plaza and Georgia Avenue/Petworth. Metro reports a “track problem” outside Fort Totten. Shuttle service has been requested.
PG Plaza Metro is a complete disaster right now, can we get an ETA on these “shuttles” ? @wmata @unsuckdcmetro

Original:
Metro restored service to the Greenbelt station this morning following the collapse of a pedestrian bridge onto the tracks yesterday.
The transit agency said that crews worked through the night to restore full service, and that no additional delays are expected as a result of the incident.
A section of the pedestrian bridge, which crossed Metro and Marc tracks, was knocked down by a piece of construction equipment operated by Skanska, a contractor, just before 3 p.m yesterday. Metro said the company was doing work to “support the construction of a new track.”
No one was injured in the incident. Green Line service between College Park and Greenbelt was suspended through the evening, but was restored this morning.
