Metro is running shuttle bus service to the affected stations.

Service has been restored at all of the affected stations, Metro says, but you can expect residual delays.

The worst traffic of all of last year came between 4 and 5 p.m. on the Thursday before Memorial Day. So naturally right now would be a great time for Metro to have a meltdown.

There are delays in both directions on the Blue, Orange, and Silver lines due to a power problem at the Stadium-Armory. Service is temporarily suspended between Benning Road and Eastern Market on the Blue/Silver Lines and between Minnesota Avenue and Eastern Market on the Orange line.

Shuttle bus service is available, though really you might want to just consider walking however many miles you’ve got to go.
