Otherwise, it’s time to party with Ice Cream Jubilee! In celebration of its one year anniversary on July 12, the shop is giving away free cones.

Anyone who visits their cart (301 Water Street SE) between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday and says “Happy Birthday!” will receive a 3″ mini cone.

In honor of their birthday, the shop is also releasing new, limited-time only menu additions and an homage to T-Swift. The “Strawberry Shake-it-off” boasts “three scoops of strawberry white chocolate ice cream, shortcake crumbles and a strawberry sauce [to] celebrate T’Swizzle’s famous sweet tooth and red lipstick.”
