After a morning of delays and incidents on all six Metro lines, there are still residual delays on the Orange, Silver, and Blue Lines due to a track problem outside of Stadium Armory and yet another disabled train. It’s almost like someone was trying to set a record for most number of problems they could squeeze into one morning.
“Late-clearing” track work:
Silver Line: Single tracking between McLean & Ballston due to late-clearing track work. Delays possible in both directions.
