With temperatures reaching the mid 50s, things are looking up today. While the National Weather Service has issued a flood watch (as opposed to yesterday’s winter storm warning), Metrobus service is back to normal.

Meanwhile, rain and icy roads have delayed some local students from getting to school on time, as DC Public Schools and some charter schools have a two-hour delay. Plus, federal government employees are permitted to report to work three hours late.
