D.C. Police say they’ve recovered 115 ziplock bags of heroin, one baggie of heroin weighing 6 grams, 85 bags of crack cocaine, a 48 half ounce bag of marijuana, and 19 Morphine pills, thanks to a citizen tip in the Northeast quadrant of the Fifth District.

Police have not made any arrests yet related to the bust, which occurred on the 1800 block of D Street NE.

In an email to the Fifth District police listserv, D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier thanked the involved officers and the tipster. “A lot of drugs off our streets,” she noted.
