Whether it’s former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee calling for Washington to burn or Iowa Congressman Rod Blum demanding a recession for D.C., our city often faces the wrath of people looking to make a point about politics without considering the population who lives here.

Well, that sentiment gets taken to a whole new level in a North Korean propaganda video, which shows the nuclear annihilation of the District, starting at the National Mall.

“If the American imperialists provoke us a bit, we will not hesitate to slap them with a pre-emptive nuclear strike,” the video’s subtitles say, according to a translation from the New York Times. “The United States must choose! It’s up to you whether the nation called the United States exists on this planet or not.”

Most of the video depicts the supposed humiliating defeats the U.S. has faced at the hands of North Korea and shows photos of American soldiers surrendering, all as a jaunty tune plays. It ends with a burning American flag.

The U.S. and South Korea are currently conducting joint military exercises, following North Korea’s claim that it tested a hydrogen bomb and missile testing, which led to a round of sanctions from the U.N. Security Council. This morning, the country fired what may be a short-range missile.

D.C. isn’t the first city that the North Korean government has fantasized about bombing—a 2013 video shows Manhattan under aerial assault, with the help of animation lifted from “Call of Duty.”

At a press conference outlining security for the 2016 Nuclear Security Summit, which will bring together 51 nations this week in D.C., officials said that the city is not currently facing any imminent threats.

“We have no specific threat to Washington D.C. right now,” said Chris Geldart, director of the Homeland Security Emergency Management Agency. “That doesn’t mean we’re not paying attention to things out there in the world.”
