D.C.’s record-breaking rain stretch ended on Friday at 15 days, but we weren’t done with history-making misery for humans and plants alike.

With a high of just 59 degrees on Sunday, Dulles had the lowest max temperature on record. And with a low of 37 degrees, it tied the record set in 1984, according to the Capital Weather Gang (which goes on to taunt us that Fairbanks, Alaska had a warmer weekend).

The average for the day (46 degrees) was nearly 20 degrees cooler than normal and 30 degrees colder than last year.

And we’re not done yet. The week ahead promises more March-like weather—including the possibility of frost in areas (pretty far) west of D.C. and average temperatures mostly in the 50s. After today’s sunshine, we’re likely to see rain on Tuesday and Wednesday, and again over the weekend, according to NBC4.
