An unknown suspect shot an adult male on the 600 block of F Street NW, a Metropolitan Police Department spokesperson told DCist. The incident took place inside of a McDonald’s bathroom in Chinatown, WJLA reports.

The suspect shot a 25-year-old man in the face, according to WJLA, adding that “police say the bullet entered and exited the left side of his face.”

The victim is conscious and breathing, according to police. The shooting took place around 12:05 p.m. today.
