Confession: For the past month, my life has been consumed with binge-watching seasons of Gilmore Girls in preparation for its November revival. I’m currently halfway through season five when Luke just ended it with Lorelai, forcing her to get her morning caffeine fix from some random spot in Stars Hollow.

As I’m left unsure how long Lorelai can stay away from Luke’s Diner, Netflix is granting me—and Gilmore Girls fans across the country—an opportunity to experience what it’s like to be inside the beloved town haunt in real life, Eater reports.

Three cafes in Northwest—Flying Fish Coffee & Tea, Qualia Coffee, and Three Fifty Bakery and Coffee Bar—are being transformed on Wednesday. Netflix is paying for each shop to give away 250 cups of coffee, and providing them with branded aprons and T-shirts, among other “Luke’s Diner essentials,” according to Eater.

The nationwide celebration is taking place on the 16th anniversary of the show’s original pilot. More than 200 shops around the country are participating, including two other local spots—Bump ‘n Grind in Silver Spring and Grounded Coffee Shop in Alexandria. All of the locations can be found on the Towns of Stars Hollow site.

On a smaller scale last summer, Netflix created a Luke’s Diner themed booth at VidCon in California.

The streaming service announced in July that a four-episode reboot, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, will be released on November 25th, at 3 a.m. EST. The announcement came with a teaser that let fans tap into their Stars Hollow nostalgia.

The pop-up diners on Wednesday will run from 7 a.m. to noon. People should come early to get free coffee while supplies last, as well as, a “fun surprise,” according to Eater.
