Inauguration Day will be “the biggest night ever” for Airbnb arrivals in D.C., according to a report released by the company today.

Airbnb’s latest stats show that more than 15,100 people have paid to crash at someone’s home in the area via Airbnb between January 19 and 21. That’s 5,000 more people than the company estimated in November.

This year, the company will see 10 times as many guest arrivals in the region on inauguration day than it did during President Barack Obama’s second swearing in, according to Airbnb, which was also a much smaller company in 2013.

Of those bookings, guests spent an average of $129 per night for a stay in D.C., $99 in Virginia, and $70 in Maryland, according to the report.

But there’s no way to tell from the bookings if people are coming to town for the actual inauguration ceremony or to protest, according to Crystal Davis, press secretary at Airbnb. There are several alternative balls, festivals, and marches taking place over the course of the weekend.

Airbnb predicts that guests will spend $4.7 million at D.C.-area restaurants, retailers, and other places. Meanwhile, the Washington Business Journal reported that between Trump supporters and protesters, the region could see a boost of $1 billion—on par with President Obama’s historic inauguration in 2009.

Many of the guest will stay at in areas and neighborhoods “that don’t typically see significant tourism revenue during major events,” including Capitol Hill, Columbia Heights, the H Street Corridor, Shaw, and Adams Morgan, according to the report.
