Robert Smigel and Triumph The Insult Comic Dog have once again skewered our current political climate.
The “foul-mouthed, Borscht Belt-loving puppet dog” hit the streets of D.C. on Inauguration Day to offer commentary, poke fun at attendees, and spew lots of vomit at the mention of “President” Donald Trump.
The segment aired yesterday on Conan O’Brien’s late night show on TBS.
On Friday, Trump took the presidential office and moved into the White House—“continuing his long tradition of evicting black families,” according to Triumph, who interrogated everyone from Bikers for Trump to other supporters donning Make America Great Again hats.
He handed out a few red hats of his own with new slogans like “I have no idea what’s going on.” He also offered attendees tickets to the “anti-Semitic section” or “an upgrade into the anti-Muslim section” of the day’s events.
But Trump supporters took it in stride as they stood behind their opinions about Obamacare, Vice President Mike Pence, and other topics raised by the sharp-tongued pup during the seven-minute segment.
