It rained on the parade, but that didn’t stop the fun or the funk. Now in its fourth year, the Funk Parade brought thousands of people and more than 200 businesses, arts organizations, and community groups to U Street on Saturday. The talented photographers of the DCist Flickr pool were on hand to document the insuppresible energy.
