As you get your weekend plans in order, here are some Metro track work plans to keep in mind.
Orange Line trains will have the longest wait times at 20 minutes this weekend as crews work on rail, fastener, and gout pad renewal projects.
Green Line trains will run every 15 minutes to allow for leak mitigation and rail, fastener, and grout pad renewal as well.
Meanwhile, Silver, Blue, and Yellow Line trains will run every 15 minutes to coordinate with maintenance on the Orange and Green Lines. And Red Line trains will run on a regular weekend schedule.

Trains every 20 minutes | 10:00 p.m. Friday through closing Sunday
Single tracking between Cheverly and New Carrollton to allow for rail, fastener and grout pad renewal.
Silver Line
Trains every 15 minutes to coordinate with maintenance on Orange & Blue lines
Blue Line
Trains every 15 minutes to coordinate with maintenance on Orange & Yellow lines
Yellow Line
Trains every 15 minutes Huntington to Mt Vernon Sq only. | 7:00 a.m. Saturday until closing Sunday
From 7:00 a.m. Saturday until closing Sunday, trains will operate every 15 minutes between Huntington & Mt Vernon Sq only to accommodate maintenance on the Green Line. Customers traveling to/from stations north of Mt Vernon Sq should use the Green Line to complete their trip.

Trains every 15 minutes | 7:00 a.m. Saturday through closing Sunday
