Someone is selling their garage and we’ve lost all ability to gauge whether or not it’s a reasonable price or not.

The parking spot—with extra space for storage!—in Adams Morgan is going for $100,000, according to Zillow. “This rarely available garage in the heart of Adams Morgan/Meridian Hill/UStreet is separately deeded and no restrictions on ownership,” the listing reads.

At $500 per square foot, it’s below Adams Morgan average of $632 per square foot. But then again, its only amenity is shelving.

So, please help us settle whether this is outrageous or par for the course.

Is $100,000 a reasonable price for a garage in Adams Morgan?

Eh, that’s par for the course.
Nope, notally outrageous.
Seems steep but not totally otherworldly.
