The Washington Mystics are headed to the WNBA Semifinals yet again Tuesday night, where they’ll face off against the Las Vegas Aces at the Entertainment and Sports Arena in Southeast D.C.
It was about this time last year when the Mystics advanced to their first-ever championships, shaking off their status as the only WNBA team to have never made an appearance.
Since then, the Mystics have dominated the 2019 regular season, setting numerous league and franchise records like the highest points per game average in franchise history and the most wins in franchise history among others.
The Mystics also won the regular series 2-1 against Las Vegas.
The first two games of the series are on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. and Thursday at 8:30 p.m. There don’t seem to be any watch parties going on for the games around town, but there are still tickets available if you want to watch at the arena.
If you’re watching from home, both games will air on ESPN2.
