Jim Sebastian, DDOT’s bicycle program coordinator, explained that the zebras were spaced “based on the existing pavement markings, i.e. centered between the stripes in the buffer zone. D.C. Unveils New Renderings of H Street Car Barn
D.C. today unveiled a new design for the streetcar training and maintenance facility that is set to be located on the campus of Spingarn High School along Benning Road NE.
