Running with Liquid Nitrogen

Last night, DCist was invited to participate in one of EatBar’s cocktail classes, taught by Gina Chersevani. The theme for the evening was “Witches’ Brew, Contorted Concoctions,” which took imbibers on a tour of some molecular mixology techniques.
