The market for condos in D.C. is heating up. Or it’s already very hot.
Redfin has picked the region’s hottest neighborhoods for the coming year, and they are Fairfax’s Pimmit Hills, D.C.’s Petworth and Rockville’s Fallsmead.
All those new young’uns moving into D.C. might be part of “generation rent,” but if you’re looking for a place to buy, you know that this can be a challenging market. But according to new research from Trulia, there’s still hope to be had.
