Two lawsuits alleged that D.C. police violated a slew of constitutional rights when conducting mass arrests during Donald Trump’s inauguration in 2017.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office of D.C. did not include one defendant’s name in the motion to dismiss, however.

Dane Powell, 31, is the first and only defendant so far to plead guilty to felonies.

The four plaintiffs in the case “epitomized the different abuses that happened on that day.”

It looks like the public will get a more thorough look at what happened on Inauguration Day between D.C. Police and protesters.

They’re facing decades in prison.

A few of the accused have pleaded guilty or accepted settlements, but more than 200 have not.

Interim Police Chief Peter Newsham and Mayor Muriel Bowser have not committed to one.

“The government is in the process of extracting data from the Rioter Cell Phones pursuant to lawfully issued search warrants,” according to a court filing.
