U.S. Park Police have not yet released the names of the two victims, who many say were experiencing homelessness when they were struck and killed on a park bench.

The “DCWiFi” service will be available between the 1700 and 1900 blocks of Pennsylvania Ave and from G Street to I Street NW.

They will stand along Pennsylvania Avenue between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.
