The Capital Pride Parade made its way through the streets of Dupont and Logan Circles Saturday, as more than 100,000 spectators looked on. We saw this man on Saturday in Georgetown and immediately thought that he looked awesome, like somebody out of P-Funk. We didn’t think about it at the time, but he may be dressed up for the Capital Pride Parade given the rainbow flag and umbrella/hat.
