Adams Morgan was split into two factions yesterday: the Crafty Bastards and the Real World-ers. If you weren’t waiting in line for screen printed tee, then you may have been waiting through the brisk, drizzling weather for your chance to appear on the next The Real World.

Good morning, Washington. Happy October, and happy new fiscal year. A noticeable drop in temperature this weekend reminds us it’s not too long before we’ll witness a noticeable shift in hues. Some may mourn the loss of warmer days but nearly all of us can look forward to approaching shades of autumn. What the new fiscal year will bring is far less certain.

The 42 points our attention to the news that the infamous Real World D.C. house in Dupont Circle will be the new home of the Laogai Museum, which was previously located inside a row house at 1109 M Street NW.

I know for a fact that this town is full of good writers. And I assume that at least one of them has to have a better idea for a fictional television show set inside the District than the kind of ideas which have been hitting the news as of late.

Yes, the D.C. Real World cast meandered its way to RFK Stadium on Saturday night for United’s 3-1 win. DCist was there to report on the match, but we also managed to document the reality show’s entrance into the stadium. We were surprised when the castmembers were seated in the Barra Brava section of the stadium, certainly the most difficult for a camera crew to shoot in, what with the constant bouncing and all.
