The National Congress of American Indians agrees with Mayor Vince Gray: the ‘Skins have to change their team name if they ever want to return to D.C.
It was the other ‘Skins rookie, Alfred Morris, that helped lead the team over the Dallas Cowboys yesterday and on its way to the first division title since 1999.
