Marvin Gaye Way Dedicated in Ward 7

Wednesday marked the official renaming of the 5200 block of Foote Street NE as Marvin Gaye Way NE, located at the entrance to Marvin Gaye Park. Street Collapses in Upper Northwest

View Larger Map The Associated Press is reporting that a section of the 4300 block of Ellicott Street NW, several blocks away from Fort Reno Park, has suddenly collapsed. Fire officials are investigating. An estimated 20-foot section of the road has caved in about 2 feet.
