We’re receiving word that shots have been fired inside the Rayburn House Office Building. The whole U.S. Capitol complex is shut down, according to reports on CNN. We’ll have more as it breaks. NBC 4 is reporting that shots have been fired at a Chantilly police station, and five people have sustained injuries, including four police officers. NBC 4 reports: Fairfax County Supervisor Gerry Connolly said he heard that four police officials were shot by a sniper and that the sniper was shot and killed. Connolly could not confirm either of those reports. Connolly also said that one of the victims, a female detective, was shot and killed….
