Native American Group Supports Changing ‘Skins Name
The National Congress of American Indians agrees with Mayor Vince Gray: the ‘Skins have to change their team name if they ever want to return to D.C.
Add Mayor Vince Gray to the list of people that think that “Washington Redskins” is a horribly racist team name and should be dropped.
It was the other ‘Skins rookie, Alfred Morris, that helped lead the team over the Dallas Cowboys yesterday and on its way to the first division title since 1999.
