OK, here we go for the final installment of the happy hour trivia question. We’ll get to that in a second. Whoever can figure out this last part — the part that really counts — and finds this DCist first at the happy hour gets a free drink. And if you can tell us where we partially screwed up the first part, that’ll earn you another.

In Thursday’s installment, we asked you for a sum. Take that sum and subtract the number of the president (e.g. Abraham Lincoln was the 16th president) whose home state avenue runs from Lincoln Park on Capitol Hill to 15th Street NE. That answer will yield the the number of the address of a place we mentioned in Wednesday’s installment, which coincidentally has a chili-covered burger named for another president with the same name. What is the number of that address, who is the president with the chili burger honor and what is the place that serves the burger?
