If you follow the comments on this site at all, you’ve probably noticed that one of the topics that stirs up much digital debate is Metro. Be they lovers or haters, DCist readers love to complain about it, compare it to systems in other cities (especially New York), suggest ways to improve it, etc., etc. Well, here’s your chance to take your comments offline and address them to someone who can actually do something about it.

Metro is hosting the fifth in a series of town hall-style meetings tomorrow night in Southeast D.C. Metro riders will have the opportunity to talk to members of the Metro Board as well as senior management on a variety of issues dealing with Metrorail, Metrobus and MetroAccess.

Metro Board members and senior officials will be there to take your suggestions and comments, or just a piece of your mind. Also, the Riders Advisory Council, which advocates on behalf of riders (and celebrated its one year anniversary this month), will be there as well.

This meeting will include an open house, which is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. The Town Hall Meeting will begin at 7 p.m., and conclude at 9 p.m. at St. Luke’s Center, located at 4923 East Capitol Street, SE, Washington, D.C., four blocks east of the Benning Road Metro station on the Blue Line. Riders can also travel by the 96, 97, U5, U6, W4 and W54 Metrobus routes to get to the meeting.
