>> Superstar soprano Deborah Voigt will try to seduce a man of God, seduce her lecherous stepfather with an erotic dance to convince him to have the man of God’s head cut off, and then kiss and fondle the severed head. It’s Richard Strauss’s shocking opera based on Oscar Wilde’s infamous play, Salome, in a concert performance by the National Symphony Orchestra. Tim Page raved about it this morning in the Post. Tickets remain for the final two performances; 1:30 p.m., and Monday at 8 p.m. Full-time students may be able to buy $10 tickets, through the Attend! program, for the Monday performance only.

SUNDAY:

>> Check out the Washington premiere of Katharina Otto-Bernstein’s new documentary on the life of theatrical savant Robert Wilson (Deafman Glance, The Life and Times of Joseph Stalin). Wilson collaborators liek Jessye Norman and David Byrne, along with the artist’s family make appearances. 5 p.m., free, at the National Gallery of Art, with an introduction and q&a with the filmmaker.
