>> A judge dismissed a lawsuit by Robert Steinbuch (he of Jessica Cutler/Washingtonienne fame) against former Wonkette editor and current Time.com blogger Ana Marie Cox. Steinbuch added Cox to his suit against Cutler in 2005, but U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman determined that Steinbuch sued Cox too late. [WJLA]
