Monday

>> It’s Saint Lucy’s Day! Hej Hej, the DJ night dedicated to Scandinavian pop and rock, is getting festive for this start of the Christmas season with drink specials and holiday hits in addition to their regular fare. Pop into Café St.-Ex in your finest crown of candles, and you might even get a free drink. 10 p.m., FREE.

>> Le Loup are also celebrating tonight, in a homecoming of sorts for the local indie prog-rockers. These former Three Stars and Unbuckled alumni will be back in town tonight off their recent tour with Margot and the Nuclear So and Sos at the Black Cat. 8 p.m., $10.

>> A few more of our Three Stars alum, alt-rockers the Beanstalk Library (pictured) and the Timothy Bracken Complex (***), are playing tonight, and for a good cause. About A Girl, a benefit concert at Iota for the National Breast Cancer Coalition, will also feature the Art Daniels Band, The Blackjacks, Andrew Grimm, and Malonius. 8:30 p.m., $10 (suggested donation).

>> For the 7th night of the Festival of Lights, Hungry for Music is asking you to give to others and support their efforts to bring music and musical instruments to the needy via their “A Chanukah Feast” benefit concert with Alexandria Kleztet, Klezcentricity, Glickman & The Gelt-Tones, The Robyn Helzner Trio and The Sinai Mountain Boys. With special appearances by Alan Oresky, James Levy, Jinny Marsh, Laura Baron and Susan Jones. Tickets are $17 in advance and $20 at the door. This mostly klezmer event is at 8 p.m. at the Sixth & I Historical Synagogue.
