Benjamin Wittes, a former editorial writer for the Washington Post and a current Brookings fellow, will be at Politics and Prose to discuss his book Law and the Long War, which examines the legal battles fought by and among the Bush administration, the U.S. Congress, and the Supreme Court as part of the war on terror. 7 p.m.
