Now we’re not going to beg, like Alaska or Hawaii, but where’s the District of Columbia on your map, Sen. Franken? This isn’t even a question of voting rights, just plain ol’ accuracy. And unlike Florida (America’s wang), the tiny little rectangle is easy to draw.
